zNET no longer provides disks or CD's, because since if you have any fairly modern computer (running Windows 95 or above, Macintosh System 7 or above, or Linux), the software you need to connect to the internet, browse the web and use email, is either already installed with your operating system or freely downloadable from the web.
To use zNET, you need a PPP dialer (such as Windows Dialup Networking; Mac Internet Connect, Remote Access or FreePPP; or Linux Wvdial), a web browser (such as Netscape, Opera, or Internet Explorer) and an email program (such as Eudora, Outlook/Outlook Express, or Netscape Mail). You are free to use which ever software you like. We do keep a list of some software suggestions should you need to install them on your computer here. Free Technical Support is available for our customers to help you get your internet software set up and running.
