A. The first thing you would need to do is to download all your current email. When we move your account, any email that is sitting on the server will be deleted. If you are using your personal web space, you will want to download all your files. They too will be deleted when we make the move. The next step is to notify our Customer Care department that you want to move to our unfiltered server. You can either email them at sales@znet.com or call them at 1-800-438-2963 option 4 between 9:00am and 5:00pm Monday through Friday. The final step is to change the mail server settings in your email program so that both the incoming and outgoing servers are uf.znet.com. If you need help doing this, you can contact the Technical Support department either by emailing support@helpcenter.net or calling 1-800-438-2963 option 3 between 8:00am and 8:00pm Monday through Friday and 8:00am and 6:00pm on Saturdays.
