A. If you are just moving a POP account, you would need to download all your current email. When we move your account, any email that is sitting on the server will be deleted. The next step is to notify our Customer Care department that you want to move your POP account to our unfiltered server. You can either email them at sales@znet.com or call them at 1-800-438-2963 option 4 between 9:00am and 5:00pm Monday through Friday. The final step is to change the mail server settings in your email program so that both the incoming and outgoing servers are uf.znet.com If you need help doing this, you can contact the Technical Support department either by emailing support@helpcenter.net or calling 1-800-438-2963 option 3 between 8:00am and 8:00pm Monday through Friday and 8:00am and 6:00pm on Saturdays.
