A. We at zNET take a zero tolerance approach to spam. If we receive spam, we will notify the senders' host of the mailing. If appropriate action isn't taken we will block all email coming from that host. Each host is dealt with on a case-by-case basis. We also subscribe to a number of black hole services. These services compile lists of servers that have an open relay. Once the server is placed on one of these lists, our servers will no longer accept email originating from that server.
