8. Q. Won't these filters block some legitimate email?

A. Yes, once in a while, some legitimate email does get blocked by our filters. We are aware that not everyone wants to have all their mail checked against our filters, so we do provide an unfiltered server. By default, all accounts are setup on our regular mail servers. If you would like to have your POP accounts setup on our unfiltered server, simply contact our Customer Care department by phone at 1-800-438-2963 option 4 between 9am and 5pm Monday through Friday or send an email to sales@znet.com
