Why does the "Under Construction icon keep coming up and not my new files?

• You need to rename your front page. See What should be the name of my front page?
• Be sure that you are logging into the correct host (machine). For instance, for custom domain users that would be www.yourdomain.com, not yourdomain.com.
• You need to refresh the page on your browser after uploading a new page. Otherwise it uses the copy cached in memory.
• Your browser may be bringing up an old copy cached on the hard drive. Remove the browser's cache files.
