If you need to make changes to your Entourage account after setting it up (say for instance you change your email username), open Entourage and click the "Tools" menu and select "Accounts"
An "Accounts" window will pop up showing the accounts you've set up, listed by the Account name you selected when you first configured the account. Highlight the account you want to modify and click "Edit"
In the "Edit" screen, you'll be able to modify the settings for that account (see below). Just make the necessary changes, and click "OK".
If you need to set up SMTP authentication (you'll need to setup SMTP authentication if you're dialling into a ZNET number not ending in 0114, from outside of California or through another ISP or dedicated connection), click on the button which says "Click here for advanced sending options" under "Sending Mail". A window will pop up like the one below.
Check "Override default SMTP port" and enter "587" (no quotes) in the box. Also check "My SMTP server requires authentication" and "Use same settings as incoming mail server". Click OK as needed to close out your open dialog boxes, and you are done.
