Select "Point-to-Point(PPP)" and click "Next"
Select "None" and click "Next"
Enter "0.0.0.0" in The "My IP address" field and click "Next"
Enter "207.167.96.1" in the DNS server field, enter "0.0.0.0" in the WINS server field, and click "Next"
