Ensure you have an Ethernet Network Interface Card (NIC) installed and correctly configured in your computer.
Plug one end of a CAT 5 cable into your computer's NIC and the other end into the LAN interface on the Wireless Internet transceiver.
Open the property settings for your computer's LAN interface by doing the following:
Click Start - Settings - Network and Dialup Connections and right click the Local Area Connection for the interface you connected to the transceiver. Select Properties
Select Internet Protocol (TCP/IP) then click the Properties button.

Select "Use the following IP address"

Specify the IP address, Subnet mask and Default gateway for your machine (included in your install package)
Select "Use the following DNS server addresses"
Specify the primary and alternate DNS server addresses
Click OK until your back to the desktop.
