From the Desktop double-click on My Computer, and double-click on the Dial-Up Networking folder. Double-click on then Make New Connection icon. Enter zNET as the name of the computer you are dialing, then press Next.
Enter the zNET phone access number and area code. Press the Next button, then the Finish button.
On the newly created zNET icon, right-click and select Properties.
Press the Server Type button and select PPP. Log on to network should not be checked. Check Enable software compression. Only TCP/IP, at the bottom should be checked.
Click on the TCP/IP Settings button.
Server assigned IP address should be selected. Select Server Assigned Name Server Addresses. IP header compression and Use default gateway on remote network boxes should be checked.
Click OK as needed to return to the Dialup Networking folder.
